Each blue dot is one organic post. The Performance Score ranks by the median (3.2K), not the mean (3.2K) — so a single viral post doesn't inflate a creator's reach. The p25 floor (3.1K) is the level 75% of posts clear.

I've spent the last two weeks building an app and making animations to get people to use it. 1.9M+ views on Instagram. 181 app downloads in the last 30 days. $143 in sales. the views are cool, but the conversion is humbling lol. funny how you can figure out how to build a product, only to realize the next hard part is figuring out how to get people to actually use it. going to share the experiments, numbers, mistakes and everything i learn along the way. also have a few more products i want to bring to life. let's see how far this goes.frozen9d ago5.2K1714140.52%
this one animation got 730k views, 40k likes and brought in 2,149 followers. but only 76 people clicked the link in my bio i think i’ve figured out how to get people to watch my content. getting them interested in the actual app is a different story. going to experiment with better CTAs..frozen9d ago4.4K

I call myself THE QUANT. Unfortunately, I failed to model the part where my reach and payouts dropped. The cost of a basic living increased fivefold between 2019 and 2026. ..that’s just the backdrop to my payouts dropping.. less income, crazy bills. So I’m turning that into a character.. a tiny analyst trying to understand what works for him. First research finding: he needs a second income. The research continues.. Thank you to @UsePaid and the community for supporting me. :) 77nkjiXaHEsU1fBfxVGHL82ruuYcUSNzKjW2s7xWTahx26d ago4.1K2488101.01%
I’ve been quiet on here for a while. I’ve been building something I genuinely believe Christians will love. Because sometimes faith looks like praying at 2AM because you don't know what else to do. Sometimes it’s opening your Bible and thinking, “Where do I even start?” Sometimes you have questions you’re scared to ask. And sometimes you just need somewhere to go. That’s why I built Anchor & Soul. We’re creating a space to help you pray, explore Scripture, ask the hard questions and grow in your relationship with God without judgment or pressure. Over the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing little stories that bring some of those moments to life. If you’ve ever experienced them, you’ll understand. Welcome to Anchor.frozen17d ago4.0K1522040.58%
we made the junior engineer 10x faster and the senior engineer 10x busier reviewing everything. AI code is cheap. verification, integration, security reviews and context switching aren't. if a team measures productivity by generated tokens or merged PRs, don't be surprised when the product gets worse faster.frozen8d ago3.7K1005050.54%
$50M for a company trying to make typing obsolete. And honestly, I think this is one of the more interesting AI bets I’ve seen this year. We keep making AI models smarter, but we’re still interacting with them through keyboards, screens, and prompts like it’s 2015. Sabi is taking a completely different approach: a non-invasive wearable that reads brain signals, turns thoughts into text, and can already predict the next 3–4 keystrokes before you type them. The bigger vision is even crazier. Think of something, AI understands the intent, and eventually the agent acts on it. At some point, the bottleneck won’t be how intelligent AI is. It’ll be how quickly humans can communicate with it. Maybe the keyboard is the thing we should’ve been questioning all along.frozen13d ago3.6K905040.49%
this hand-drawn animation i made got 730k+ views, 40k likes and helped bring in 100+ downloads for my app. i built the app, animated the story myself, and used it to market the product. still figuring out how to turn views into actual users, but this was pretty cool lol. I should prolly brand Anchor around this story..frozen9d ago3.5K1007020.54%
the interesting part isn’t even AI reading your thoughts.. it’s the idea that we might eventually stop explaining what we want to computers and just express the intent directly. but if your brain becomes the interface, privacy can’t be another setting buried in the menu..frozen5d ago3.3K600040.30%
Holy shit! I just hit 10,000 followers on Instagram. With 11 posts. In just two weeks.. started making little animations about life with Jesus to get people to discover an app i built. one of those animations hit 747k views. now 10k people are following along. still figuring out how to turn all that attention into actual app users, but this is a win i’m genuinely happy about. back to buildingfrozen8d ago3.2K1014160.68%
Everyone wants an AI agent that can work autonomously for 8 hours. I’d rather have one that knows what happened in the last 8 minutes. Because most work doesn’t fail because the agent can’t execute. It fails because the agent has the wrong context. That’s why I’m running Claude Code and Codex from the Kylon app, where the team is actually having the conversation.frozen9d ago3.1K516140.54%
designed this little app a few months ago and ended up shelving it. the idea was an AI beauty companion that helps you build a simple daily routine. found the screens again this morning and i'm thinking about finally building it. would you try something like this? https://t.co/8VmkoRp9OCfrozen8d ago3.1K1023040.61%
This is the cheapest customer acquisition channel nobody is competing for yet ai agents are already visiting your site for people. muse, instinct, chatgpt. you don't pay for the click. you just have to be the site the agent can actually use most sites can't tell if they are, but scope does. for every agent that lands on your site it records: • which agent it was • what it was trying to get done • every page it read • the step where it stopped, and why • whether it converted and what it was worthfrozen8d ago3.1K900050.45%
he helped build claude code artifacts at anthropic. left, joined YC, and now building a potentially better artifacts experience for AI agents across different models. this is such a founder move lol.20h ago3.1K7070100.78%
Claude’s latest update adds live dashboards and animated explainers in beta. it already makes docs, slides, and designs. what interests me here is dashboards that stay updated as the data changes, and animations you can edit and export. this is the kind of AI progress i care about: fewer steps between “here’s my data” and something i can actually use. curious how much cleanup these need in practice.frozen8d ago2.9K822060.61%
the most expensive part of running 10 AI agents might be the 11th agent: your brain.. someone still has to remember which one changed the database, which one broke a test, and which one is confidently solving yesterday's problem. we automated execution and accidentally hired ourselves as full-time supervisors..frozen8d ago2.9K512030.37%
spent this morning digging through the analytics for my app, Anchor. 180 first-time downloads. $100 in proceeds. 6 active paid subscriptions. (Last updated: oct 12) the interesting part? 144 of the 184 total downloads came from links inside other apps, that should be instagram since that where the impressions are coming from. only 30 came from App Store search. i've been spending so much time making animations to get people to discover the app, but there's clearly another side of distribution i need to figure out.. currently redesigning the app and reworking the App Store screenshots too.. then i'll Audit the current App Store subtitle, keyword field and description building the product was one challenge. learning how people actually find and use it is a whole different one.frozen8d ago2.8K1209020.81%
AI voice technology is getting better, but here's the question that really matters: would you trust an AI version of your own voice to represent you? HeyGen put that question to the test, asking people to watch videos of their digital twins and rate how comfortable they'd feel using those voices themselves. HeyGen Voice scored 76/100, ahead of Cartesia (63), ElevenLabs v4 (59), and Seedance 2.5 (46). The goal isn't just to sound human. It's to sound like you.frozen8d ago2.7K700050.44%
Google’s Gemini 4 Argon is now available for developers. the part that interests me is the promise of handling long, complex workflows. give it an existing codebase, an awkward bug, and constraints it can't quietly ignore. does it fix the problem, check its work, and flag what it couldn't verify? how often do i have to step in? that's what i want to know before switching models. a higher benchmark score alone won't tell me.frozen8d ago2.7K502000.26%
