Each blue dot is one organic post. The Performance Score ranks by the median (6.7K), not the mean (8.7K) — so a single viral post doesn't inflate a creator's reach. The p25 floor (4.8K) is the level 75% of posts clear.

Just turned 28 today, and this was my best year yet Been making money online for more than 50% of my life now, so whatever you think is true, please do accept a second opinion. Even if you don't time will do its thing anyway There are 3-4 gold rushes every year. In the YouTube community alone it was the shorts music program, then the AI slop stories (ceo finds secretary.. lol), then the face host selling digital products hype. In 2 months it will be something else Unless you are selling the shovels, you will never get to where you want to get. Because just like yourself, there are a few thousand other people using AI to scale the identical business model at the same time If you are young (sub 20), it is more than okay to mess around and cash in a few thousand dollars here and there. Just do not slip into delusion mode thinking you found a goldmine and nobody is coming for it As easy as money comes online, that is how easy it goes. I know more than a handful of people who hit $100 to 500K months and watched it go to zero overnight And you need to understand that it is OKAY, and it will probably happen to you 100 more times. We are in the most blessed era of the internet, you can start a business and be making money within a month - it would be insane to think it can't leave just as fast I doubled my net worth this year and what got me there was turning off all the noise. The things I did differently: >I only touched projects that can grow year on year for at least 5 years. 0 shiny object syndrome. I do not need a few k more, I need generational wealth, and I don't think we have a long window to get it. It's now or never. So I closed down anything that had no profitable future. This is a tip @MrBeast gave me - he shut down a project doing $400k a month because he didn't see it existing in 5 years time. I followed suit >Idea to execution speed. We are already living in the post AI era. Your leverage is non existent if you sleep on your ideas. There is a 16 year old Brazilian kid out there already automating your idea and getting his whole bloodline on it and starting 100 channels by end of day The last and biggest lesson I can give you is to build a SAFE NET. Peace of mind is what gets you the next mile in business, and for most business guys peace of mind is money sitting in the bank. Do not rest until you have 50k, 100k, or even a million saved up - whatever that number is for you. Know that you have a backup if everything goes to shit, otherwise your mind will play tricks on you Mine was $100K about a decade ago. If I had to worry about making ends meet I would never have had 100% of my brain on growing the business

I made multiple 7 figures on YouTube without testing a single channel for impressions or posting "driving in Cyprus videos" X has turned some of you insane (but I am a fan of it)frozen6d ago17K2228152651.85%
You are one play away from winning forever Gen Z unemployment is at an all time high Yet countless of young people are making funny amounts of money online I know of so many young people who have given up on any college oriented dreams and are already becoming clippers/posting shorts/selling info/doing any sort of online model like youtube/ecom (these are all gateway business models to growing wealth online) A mid tier AI model can outperform a senior software developer in seconds - which is why the stereotypical university to 9-5 gig no longer works There's jackpot opportunities every single month on here - the trade off is you have to be chronically online Information has never been easier to access, yet the information asymmetry between people on this app and those outside of it has arguably never been bigger Just click the right buttonsfrozen6d ago16K477211202474.78%

I am very opposed to the normie view on how YouTube will look like im the next months/years: The common POV is that AI - just like stocks or anything else - will go up forever, never go sideways, never NOT advance I believe soon we will go through a period of no progress, maybe not just for a few months, but for a few years Obviously the AI messiahs won’t ever say that, otherwise the VC money will stop and we don’t want that (yes VC money is important so the AGI dream has to remain a narrative - neither anthropic or openai have made over 10 cents of profit) Now why I’m saying this: We don’t have to preach our insane predictions for how YouTube/other businesses models will look like AI has advanced enough already, but if everyone has access to the same tools, then no one benefits Even the operator gap is closing up as those who have been using their advantage of being cracked operators are starting to get caught up by amateur with grokbot/other agents at their disposal My prediction: We go back to the fundamentals, survival of the fittest If everyone is fighting for the 10 niches they saw on NexLev pump this week, then no one benefits People will have to use their unique skillset/knowledge/network (especially network) to compete in online business, especially YouTube AI could not advance for 5 years and it is still advanced enough that anyone can use it to fight over the same breadcrumbs This should be common sense but if your only moat is using a saas that everyone has access to then your moat is non existent Build in-house tools, specific to your needs. The 10-20k/month (best case scenario for 99% of saas companies) that you would get is nothing compared to what you can do by using your tools yourself Start using unique angles, not only the angles that Claude told you - sorry to break it to you but it said the same thing to the other 100,000 people who think they have their personal Jarvisfrozen4d ago9.3K1498150942.85%

Was going through my old channel archive so here's some lore for you: The year is 2017-2018, and this channel that no one heard before called T-Series was about to pass Pewdiepie and become the most subscribed channel on YouTube (We obviously did run 24/7 subscriber count battle livestreams) But there was also another exploit that we allegedly did to monetize this These guys used to upload 10+ times a day, new songs, video clips etc. Back then you could easily exploit Content ID by claiming the visuals of the video - even if you did not own the audio side of it. Still, 50% of something was more than 0% This was also around the time a good friend of mine created the 8D music hype on YouTube (music going around your ears in case you don't remember) So combine both.. and this is what we got I sometimes miss being this far in the trenches, people today have 0 creativity. 1 guy finds success, and 250 people copy him the day afterfrozen6d ago8.1K78092321.50%

My first online business was editing YouTube intros and outros in 2010 It made $250 Back then I spent days learning how to edit just to get one video out Now you can create a full AI influencer on Higgsfield and make it do ANYTHING If I was starting from zero I know exactly what I'd do with it >pick a niche on YouTube >study the channels and videos that are already pulling views >recreate those formats using Higgsfield AI influencer with Genjutsu >post videos every day until one format hits >turn the views into ad revenue, and product sales with pdfs what a time to be alive..17d ago5.7K55150531.99%
