I woke up to a DM from a reputable agency who saw my post looking for AI creators I’ll keep their name private cause I love and respect them, but this is an important message to spread They said they noticed I’m looking for creators so they’re reaching out in case I’m looking for awareness, GTM or marketing for Keewy 1 click at my profile, before even reaching my website, shows I run a marketing agency, and my bio literally says “we fix your marketing & distribution” In my opinion these are rookie mistakes that can ruin potential collaborations, referrals, or other opportunities, because they prove first hand that DMs are being sent mindlessly by people who skipped the step of understanding what the person or company does I’ve made this mistake in the past too, and intentional messages will always work better than mindless bulk DMsfrozen12d ago3.7K90026053.30%

the more confusing AI and our tech industry gets the more passionate i become about it "the harder it gets, the fewer remain" - Alex Hormozi it sucks, it's hard, it's not linear, you need to get creative, fail forward, try things out, but if you stick around long enough and learn from your mistakes it will all pay off listen, it's NOT meant to be easy, social media ruined expectations for everyone because winners mainly post their wins, and when they post their losses those posts don't go viral social media ruined our patience, good things take time really what comes easy is often never good, just keep moving, keep trying, please, don't you dare give upfrozen12d ago2.0K36121023.00%

I spent the last two weeks on back-to-back calls with founders getting ready to launch, from AI tools and crypto projects to an NFT team and a growth accelerator in Paris, and I kept a running list of everything that came up again and again. My observations: 1. Almost every founder I spoke with already has a finished product and a launch date, and the part that keeps them up at night is getting people to actually see it. AI made building so much faster that all the stress has moved over to distribution. 2. The founders who feel calm about launch day all started talking about what they're building weeks before it shipped. The ones who feel panicked were planning to start posting on the day itself, which is honestly the hardest possible way to do it. 3. Everyone says they want to go viral, and once we dig in, what they really want is something smaller and far more useful, which is the same few thousand right people seeing them again and again for a whole month. 4. Short clips are doing the heavy lifting on X right now. A quick cut of a founder explaining their idea in their own words travels further than a polished announcement, because it feels like a real person talking to you. 5. The NFT and token teams I talk to care much more about who joins than how many. The best ones want genuinely interested people who will still be around and excited long after mint day. 6. Accelerators are starting to treat distribution as a core part of the program, right next to fundraising and product. One of my favorite conversations this week was with an accelerator that wants its whole portfolio to learn community building and launch reach early, and I love that this is becoming standard. 7. AI assistants are becoming a distribution channel of their own. Founders keep asking how to show up when someone asks ChatGPT or Claude what to use, and the answer looks a lot like good old reputation, which means lots of people talking about you in public, in lots of places, consistently. 8. Community is still the most underrated line in the budget. Founders happily invest in a big launch push and then hand their Telegram or Discord to whoever has a free hour, even though that's exactly where new people decide whether they'll stay. 9. Founders who put their own face on the launch win. People follow people, and a founder explaining why they built something earns a kind of trust that a brand account takes years to collect. 10. The best calls all start with the founder knowing exactly who needs to see the product and where those people spend their time. When that part is clear, the rest of the plan almost writes itself. 11. Founder life right now is wild. So many of my calls are with people building from a different time zone at 2 AM, running on coffee and conviction, and that energy is contagious. Building Keewy from Beirut, I relate to it more than I can put into words. If I had to sum it all up, the product makes people curious and distribution decides how many of them ever find out it exists. So start the conversation early, put your face on it, and give the people who show up a place to stay.frozen7d ago1.8K37017013.14%

One of the worst things you can do in business is get emotionally attached to a process Have a clear goal, absolutely, but don’t marry the workflow or the blueprint or the idea that gets you there What works today might stop working 2 months from now especially in our industry where platforms, tools, customer behavior and entire markets are changing ridiculously fast The strongest operators I know are stubborn about the outcome (the why & what) but super flexible about the route (the how) They keep the destination clear but they’re super willing to change almost everything else along the wayfrozen19d ago1.7K35019013.19%

ego will end a founder faster than almost any other mistake, because it makes you chase the numbers that look good instead of the ones that actually keep the company alive. you can rack up a million impressions and a big follower count, but if nobody comes back after launch week, all you really built is the tip of the iceberg with nothing underneath it. your first 100 loyal users matter way more than your first million views because they're the ones who stay, tell their friends and carry you through the quiet months.3d ago1.6K29017102.89%

The most expensive week in a funded team's year is usually the one right after a big campaign ends. Think about how it usually goes. You spent six figures getting, say, 20,000 new people into your Telegram and onto your timeline, the launch went well, the numbers looked great in the investor update, and then about ten days later the chat goes quiet and the same faces are the only ones still posting. That quiet stretch is where a lot of launch budgets slowly disappear. When we take over a community right after a campaign, the first 14 days look pretty much the same every time. We give the room a daily rhythm, so there's something happening at the same hour every day, whether that's an AMA, an alpha drop or a quick builder update. We get the founders into the chat at least twice a week, because people stay for access to the team far longer than they stay for rewards. We hand the most active new members a real job, like testing features, running regional groups or clipping the founder's best moments, and we take the best of what the community makes and push it back out on X so the momentum keeps feeding new reach. Filling a community is a budget question, and keeping it alive is an operating question. Well-funded teams usually have the first part handled, and the second part is honestly where the next six months get decided. If you've got a campaign wrapping up soon and you want the room to still be loud in December, send me a DM and I'll walk you through how we'd run your first two weeks.frozen4d ago1.6K32213153.32%

I don't chase. I attract. I don't force. I align. I don't beg. I receive. I don't compete. I become. I don't seek validation. I know my worth. I don't fear rejection. I trust redirection. I don't hold on to what drains me. I make room for what fulfills me. I don't compare my journey. I honor my own timing. I don't mistake delays for failure. I trust that everything is unfolding as it should. I don't need to prove my value to the world. I let my actions speak for themselves. I don't operate from fear. I move from abundance. I don't obsess over what I might lose. I focus on everything I have the power to build. I don't chase what is meant for someone else. I create a life that is unmistakably mine. I am patient with the process and relentless with my purpose. I am becoming the person who can hold everything I once dreamed of. What is aligned with me will recognize me. What is meant for me will never require me to betray myself. And what leaves my life only creates space for what truly belongs. I am not behind. I am not late. something no one noticed about the JEV announcement JEV took the entire timeline by storm a few days ago, and everyone is going crazy about it the founder himself included a Discord invite for their community in the main announcement post if you join the server you will notice there are multiple voice chats filled with people vibing and coworking all the chatting channels are being used by people who are now turning into actual community members who will always choose JEV over any other tool why am i telling you this? because in this day and age, once a product is out, you need to expect an insane amount of competitors to pop out of nowhere, within hours not even days or weeks your only edge and unfair advantage will be building an emotional bond for your users beyond just the product itself online community is the real moat, the JEV founder knows this already, but do you?frozen1mo ago1.4K1105011.18%

something i'm really proud of at keewy is the team's ability to adapt and improve the recipe the crypto and ai spaces move incredibly quickly, and marketing strategies change super fast we never were and never intend to be a copy-pasta marketing agency with boring offers and services, even tho it costs us more we currently polished our initial offer and turned community building into campaigns that are TRACKABLE, SCALABLE, help with both retention AND acquisition i'm personally offering perks for a few teams who are intrigued and would like to join usfrozen27d ago1.4K21110002.23%

Every funded startup seems to be hiring a Head of Content right now, and a lot of them are writing the job description before they've decided what the role is actually for. If you're a tech, AI or crypto team with a real launch budget, this is what that person should own: • They should own the narrative before they own the calendar. That means deciding in one clear sentence what the company should be known for and protecting it, so every post, creator brief and launch asset pulls in the same direction. • Your founder's account is still one of the most valuable channels you have. A good Head of Content makes the founder sound more like themselves, not like a polished brand voice. • Content and distribution need to be planned together from day one. If the launch thread is written first and only then handed to whoever runs creators and paid, you've lost the chance to shape it for the people who will carry it. • Creators shouldn't be treated as a megaphone for your copy. The best briefs give them the core idea, the proof and the boundaries, then leave room for them to say it their own way, because that's the version their audience trusts. • Community is where your content gets tested before you scale it. The questions people keep asking in your Discord or Telegram and the features they misunderstand should shape what gets made next. • They should be measured on numbers the business cares about, like qualified signups, waitlist conversion, wallet connections or demo requests, and they should be able to explain in plain language what moved and why. • When you hire, look for someone who has shipped work in public, who understands your category well enough to explain the product to a smart outsider, and who has worked with editors, designers and creators rather than only working solo. • A useful interview test is to hand them a recent announcement and ask them to rewrite it, then walk you through what they cut and why. You'll learn more about their judgment from that than from their follower count. • The most expensive mistake is hiring a great person and then giving them no real access: no seat in product planning, no say on launch timing and no budget for creators or distribution. At that point you've hired a very senior copywriter. A Head of Content at a funded company isn't there to post more. Their job is to make sure that when you put real money behind a launch, everyone involved is telling the same story, and that it's a story people actually want to repeat.2d ago1.4K29317123.72%

I can usually tell within ten minutes in a project's Telegram whether its community is alive, and the signs have a lot more to do with behavior than with member count. 1. The first thing I look at is who answers the newcomers. In a healthy community, members jump in before the team does, because they know the product well enough to explain it and they actually enjoy helping. 2. The second is what people talk about between announcements. Alive communities are full of side conversations, inside jokes, memes about the product and people showing what they built with it, and those quiet hours tell you more than any campaign day. 3. The third is how the room reacts to bad news. When a launch slips or a bug ships, a strong community asks questions and waits for the team's answer, while a weak one empties out overnight. 4. The fourth is whether people stick around without a reward. Giveaways and quests are great for getting people through the door, and the real test is how many of them are still chatting two weeks after the last prize went out. This is exactly why every launch we run at Keewy starts with the community. Reach brings people in, and the community decides whether they stay long enough to become users, holders and the loudest voices you have.frozen5d ago1.4K24017023.12%

AI made building a product almost free, so the advantage moved somewhere else. If you're launching anything in tech, AI or crypto right now, the moats that still compound are: • A founder people already trust • A community that talks about you on its own • Relationships with the creators your audience follows A founder people trust is the fastest channel there is. When you post what you're building and learning for months before launch, your first thousand users arrive already knowing why you care, and a competitor with a bigger ad budget has to start from zero to match that warmth. A community that talks on its own is the cheapest marketing you'll ever have. Every time a member answers a newcomer's question or shares your update with a friend, you get reach for free, and it keeps growing while you sleep. Creator relationships are the part most founders start too late. The creators your users already watch can put you in front of the right people in a single afternoon, and once they know your product and enjoy working with you, every launch after the first one gets easier. Zoom out and all three have the same thing in common, which is that they're made of people and they take time to build. The code you ship this year gets easier to clone every month, so the smartest move while you build is to start collecting trust, a community and creator friends at the same time.frozen6d ago1.4K28215113.47%
i think losing our ability to be patient is one of the worst things that happened to us as a generation we've become obsessed with vanity metrics, engagement, numbers and the constant need to have something to show for our efforts everything has to grow fast, everything has to work immediately and if it doesn't we start questioning whether it's even worth doing we tell ourselves it's because everyone else is moving faster, that we're falling behind and that we need to catch up but the funny part is that most of the people we're racing against have absolutely no idea they're in a race with us so who are we really competing with? i think more often than we'd like to admit, we're racing against our own attention spans we want to know whether something will succeed before we lose interest in it, we want the reward before we've developed the discipline to earn it we want years of progress compressed into a few weeks because we've gotten so used to instant gratification that patience now feels like failure and somewhere along the way we started disguising our inability to commit as ambition we call it moving fast or even being strategic lol, i've also heard someone call it "knowing when to pivot" sometimes it is you know, but sometimes we're just looking for a respectable excuse to abandon something that hasn't rewarded us quickly enough and i think that's what makes this whole thing so dangerous because the more we optimize our lives around immediate feedback the less capable we become of doing anything that requires sustained effort without applause we're so busy measuring whether we're winning that we've forgotten how to stay in the game long enough to actually get good at something maybe the real competitive advantage today is simply being able to care about something for longer than the world is willing to pay attention to itfrozen7d ago1.4K2619022.81%

Had a call yesterday with a founder that I keep thinking about, so I want to share the gist, because it applies to pretty much every launch I see. We talked about rented attention versus owned attention. Rented attention is everything you borrow: the KOL post, the paid placement, the viral clip on someone else's page. It's great for a spike, and every launch needs one. Owned attention is what stays with you once the spike fades: your followers, your community, your email list, and the people who come back on their own. The founders who win use the first to build the second. Here's how that looks in practice: 1. Every rented push points somewhere you own. The clip, the KOL post and the ad all send people to your X profile, your Telegram or your waitlist. 2. You give people a reason to stay the day they arrive, like a pinned post, an early-access spot or a community role. 3. You measure a campaign by how many people you kept, alongside the impressions. 4. You keep showing up the week after the launch, because that's when rented attention turns into owned attention. So before your next launch, ask yourself where all that attention is going to land, and make sure it lands with you.frozen7d ago1.3K28111043.37%

Something has shifted in my calls with founders lately, and honestly it's the first time I've seen it. For as long as I've been doing this, community was the thing everyone nodded at and then quietly pushed to after launch, or to "once we have users," or to never. It barely came up in planning, and when it did, it usually meant setting up a Discord and hoping people would show up. Now founders are the ones bringing it up first, and they're genuinely excited about it. I think the reason is pretty simple. Anyone can build almost anything now, often in a weekend, so the product alone isn't enough to keep you ahead for long. Someone will ship a version of your idea next month, and maybe a cheaper one the month after that. What they can't copy is the group of people who already care about what you're building, the ones who show up for every update, give you feedback before you ask, defend you in the replies and bring their friends along. That takes months of showing up to build, and it's exactly why it's becoming the moat. The founders who get this early are building their community alongside the product instead of after it, and I think a year from now that's going to be the clearest difference between the teams that last and the ones that launch and fade.2d ago1.3K36018024.33%
What "just do distribution" actually looks like in 2026 Bookmark this for your next launch, and save the visual for when you're planning the month. Every founder has heard "just do distribution" a hundred times this year, and the advice usually stops right there, which leaves you on a Tuesday morning with a finished product and no users. I spend my whole day inside this question at Keewy, so here's the stack I'd build for any new product, layer by layer, in the order I'd build it. Layer 1: Your own voice Everything starts with the founder posting. Share what you're building, why you care about it and what you're learning along the way, a few times a week. This is the layer that makes every other layer work, because when creators, communities and even AI tools go looking for you, your own posts are the first thing they find. Layer 2: Other people's audiences Once your story is clear, put it in front of people who already have the attention. That can mean creators and clippers sharing short cuts of your launch video across X, podcast appearances, collabs with adjacent projects, and partners who introduce you to their audience. Think of it as borrowing reach on purpose, all pointed at one clear moment. Layer 3: Repetition Reach really compounds when the same people see you several times in a short window. One big post earns a nod, while five sightings in two weeks earn a follow, then a click, then a signup. So plan your distribution around a launch window of a few weeks, which gives curiosity enough time to build. Layer 4: A home for the people who arrive Every spike of attention needs somewhere to land. That could be a Telegram or Discord community, an email list or a simple group chat for your early users. This is where the people who found you this week turn into the people who tell their friends about you next month. Layer 5: AI answers This is the newest layer, and it's moving fast. More and more people ask an AI assistant what to use, and those assistants recommend whatever the internet talks about most clearly and most often. Every post, clip, review and community conversation about you feeds this layer, which makes the four layers underneath it even more valuable. Why the order matters A lot of founders jump straight to layer 2 and leave layer 4 for later, so they pay for a big push before the people who arrive have anywhere to land, and the attention drifts away a few days later. When you build from the bottom up, every push lands on something solid, and each launch starts a little warmer than the one before.frozen6d ago1.3K2008152.63%

grok bot can now read your x dms, reply for you, and act on any thread you tag it in. for anyone launching on x, this update is a big one. matt palmer just walked through the oct 18 "what's new in grok bot" update on youtube, and the biggest shifts land right on x, where crypto and ai launches live. for teams with a raise behind them and a launch ahead, these are the updates worth putting to work: - you can tag @bot in an x thread and it acts on your request, from saving a post to researching a new technology, once the x plugin is installed and configured. - grok bot now reads your x chat dms and replies for you, with built-in limits that keep it spam-free. - bot's computer responds three times faster, so the tasks it runs on its own machine come back quicker. - new connectors include robinhood, coinbase, trello and posthog, with many more going live. - revised slack and gmail drafts now highlight every edit, so your team sees exactly what changed. - voice calls carry memory, and a callback within 30 minutes picks up the previous call and its full transcript. - team and enterprise accounts can invite teammates and choose who has access to each team bot. the signal for launch teams is clear. agents are moving into the same threads and inboxes where your community already talks. faster agents speed up the work, and the launches that win pair them with real distribution and a community that shows up on day one. that's what keewy builds and runs for crypto and ai launches, and our distribution work with animoca brands generated 4m+ impressions across its portfolio companies. if you have a launch on the calendar, my dms are open.13h ago1.2K2329002.87%

The Keewy Retention Map Getting people in the door is the easy part. The real growth happens in the 30 days after they arrive, so bookmark this for your next launch. The first 24 hours • Send a personal welcome from the founder, by DM or in the community, and ask what they're hoping to get out of it • Get them one quick win early, so their first day ends with something real • Share a short clip of someone else's win, so newcomers can picture exactly what good looks like The first week • Build a daily rhythm, like a prompt, a leaderboard or a small challenge, that gives people a reason to come back tomorrow • Shout out early members who share what they're doing, so the community starts celebrating itself • Open a feedback thread where every reply gets a team answer the same day, because people stay where they feel heard The first month • Create a monthly moment people plan around, like a live session, an update drop or a community call • Make your most engaged early members moderators or ambassadors, so your biggest fans help run the room • Track who comes back in week 2 and week 4, and make retention the number your whole team watches Honestly, every launch just rents you attention for a few days, and a community is how you actually get to own it. So when people have a real reason to come back every week, your next launch basically starts with a room that's already full, and tbh that's the kind of growth that keeps compounding long after the feed moves on.frozen8d ago1.2K2829033.65%
One of the fastest-growing AI companies in the world has 174,000 people teaching, testing and selling its product for free, every single day, inside one Discord server. That company is Lovable. I spent time inside their server today, and here's what they do really well. 1. Every week has a rhythm. Office hours every Monday and an open door session every Tuesday, plus regular sessions on finding your first customers and live builds, all hosted by community members. 2. Their showcase turns every launch into feedback. Builders tag posts with "just launched" or "beta testers needed", and other members jump in within minutes. 3. Their most helpful members get a clear path to become Champions, and Champions host events, answer questions and keep the space safe. 4. Every conversation has a home. Feedback goes in one channel, product incidents post automatically in another, and guides live in a tagged FAQ forum. 5. Big announcements come from a real person on the team, so updates like their new partner program reach the whole community at once. The results speak for themselves. Lovable passed $600M in ARR this year, and their CEO Anton Osika calls community "one of the remaining moats in technology." That's the kind of community we build and run at Keewy for crypto and AI teams, starting from day one. If you're launching soon and want a community that works like this, my DMs are open.1d ago1.1K1619012.36%
Before any team we work with spends a dollar on a KOL, we run that creator through the same six checks. It's honestly the least glamorous part of my job, and it's probably the part that saves the most money. 1. I read the replies under their last twenty posts. Real audiences ask questions, push back and tag their friends, while botted ones leave the same handful of emojis and "great project sir" over and over. 2. I look at who actually follows them. A quick scroll through their followers tells you whether you'd be reaching founders, developers and traders in your niche, or a wall of empty profiles. 3. I compare their sponsored posts with their organic ones. When paid posts get a small fraction of the views their normal posts get, it usually means their audience has learned to scroll past ads. 4. I count how often they post paid content. When every third post is a promotion, most of the trust you're paying for has already been spent. 5. I ask for their analytics before we pay, including impressions and audience location. A team planning a TGE for users in the US and Europe needs to know where the views will actually come from. 6. I send a short brief and pay close attention to how they respond. In my experience, the creators who come back with their own angle, real questions about the product or ideas for the format perform much better than the ones who ask for copy to paste. A big KOL budget can move a launch more than almost anything else on X, and it can also disappear in a week with very little to show for it. The difference usually comes down to the checking that happens before anyone posts.2d ago1.1K23113153.84%

One of the leanest AI companies in the world built its community inside one Discord server, and 18.5 million people have joined it to create, learn and help shape the product every day. That company is Midjourney. I went through how they run it, and here's what they do really well. 1. Every prompt and every image is shared in public channels. New members learn by watching thousands of others create, and they pick up techniques from friends and strangers in real time. 2. The bot tags each creator the moment their image is ready. That pulls people back into the channel and publicly credits their work, so others react, comment and build on it. 3. A daily theme channel gives members a reason to come back every day. Everyone riffs on the same prompt, which keeps the whole server creating together. 4. Members help train the models. Each day, the top 2,000 people who rate images earn a free hour of fast generation, and the team uses those rankings to improve each new version. 5. The team shows up every week. Midjourney runs Office Hours every Wednesday, usually led by founder David Holz, to share what they're building and answer questions live. The results speak for themselves. Midjourney passed $200M in revenue in 2023 with about 40 employees, fully self-funded, and it describes itself as "a community supported research lab." That's the kind of community we build and run at Keewy for crypto and AI teams, starting from day one.
