Each blue dot is one organic post. The Performance Score ranks by the median (4.5K), not the mean (10K) — so a single viral post doesn't inflate a creator's reach. The p25 floor (1.6K) is the level 75% of posts clear.

The most insane paid ads program in Silicon Valley, behind Wispr Flow's $0 to $2B run 1/ "10 really good creators can get you to $50M a year" -> The model: brands recruit creators to film their ads and pay them a percent of the ad spend 2/ A year ago Wispr Flow stopped organic UGC completely and put everything into paid -> 500 to 700 new UGC ads a month now, aiming for 1,000 3/ They took the paid ads playbook of killer ecom brands -> SF finally figured out what the best DTC brands have been doing for years 4/ Their view: organic only works with real talent on the team, while paid works for anyone who can ship enough different ads -> You don't need a genius to win on paid, you need lots of ads that each look and sound different and a system that keeps them coming 5/ Ecom brands pay creators a cut of each sale. SaaS brands pay a cut of the ad spend, since a software sale can take weeks to close 6/ Wispr pays 7% of ad spend, uncapped, paid out every 7 days 7/ New creators get a guaranteed minimum, which is how Wispr signed good ones before it had a track record -> $1,000 for 20 to 25 videos a month. A creator who earns $500 in commissions gets the other $500, and once they earn more than $1,000 on their own the guarantee stops 8/ Each creator works on one customer segment -> A customer no ad was speaking to, a format nobody could shoot, a country with nothing running. One creator per gap 9/ No two videos are allowed to look alike -> Meta's Andromeda clusters videos that are 50 to 60% similar and suppresses them, so 1,000 talking heads get treated as one ad 10/ They recruit on Instagram with keyword search -> Search "UGC creator", "tech", "SaaS", mine the followers and comments of every good creator, send 100 to 200 DMs in a week 11/ 50 creators accepted out of 5,000+ applications -> $220k paid out so far, top creator makes $12k a month 12/ Creators get $100 for referring someone at their level or above -> No beginners on the team 13/ They scaled 5 creators, then 10, then 20, then 40, and stopped at 40 to 60 -> The whole climb from 5 to 50 took four months 14/ Creators are run like a sales team -> 30-minute onboarding each, a weekly call with the media buyer, 1:1s, creator coaches 15/ Creators see the ad account -> Every Thursday the media buyer walks them through what's working, which customers to target next and what to test 16/ One media buyer runs all of it: 50 creators, 700 ads a month 17/ The same creator ads run on Meta, AppLovin and TikTok 18/ The group stays small on purpose -> $100k paid to 20 creators looks better to creators than $200k paid to 1,000 19/ Creators see which ad is winning and start making their own version of it. Wispr stops this and pushes them to film something new instead -> Meta treats the copy as the same ad as the original, so the copy never gets shown 20/ Why other creator programs fail: brands accept everyone who applies, nobody coaches the creators, and creators join without understanding they only get paid when their ads perform 21/ Meta charges more every year for the same amount of reach, and that cost is out of Wispr's hands. The one thing they control is how good and how different their ads are, so that's where the money goes -> Last quarter Meta showed 14% more ads than the quarter before and still raised the price of each one by 12% 22/ The guy who built it joined Wispr Flow at 19, before the product existed, with a 2.5 GPA -> 25 months later: $280M Series B at a $2B valuation

Railway hacked AI SEO, and it took them from $20M to ~$100M ARR in 1 year: 1/ Claude Code picks Railway for 82% of Python apps -> Ask it "how do I deploy this" and it installs Railway and puts your app live there 2/ The founder treats AI recommendations as a growth channel -> His go-to-market team works on getting the models to "recommend us more and more" 3/ 6,653 how-to pages, one for every popular free tool people want to run themselves -> Someone asks Google or ChatGPT "how do I set up n8n?" and Railway's page comes up. It explains the tool and sets it up on Railway in one click 4/ A step-by-step guide for every framework developers build with -> 127 guides: Next.js, Django, Rails, FastAPI, Laravel, Go and more. Each one answers "how do I deploy X" and ends with the app live on Railway 5/ A comparison page against every competitor -> Heroku, Vercel, Render, Replit, Lovable and 5 more, each with a migration guide. AI loves quoting comparisons 6/ Railway rewrote its help pages so AI can read them easily -> One file lists all 414 pages with a short summary each, and every page has a plain-text version. When someone asks ChatGPT how to use Railway, it finds the right answer fast and gets it right 7/ A docs section written for agents -> One step installs everything Claude Code or Cursor needs to deploy to Railway on its own 8/ Plugins inside ChatGPT and Claude Code -> You ask the chat to deploy and it deploys, without ever opening Railway's website 9/ A server with one command and no signup -> ssh railway new gives an agent the shortest path to "your app is live" 10/ A new changelog page every Friday since 2021 -> 312 pages of fresh content that keep Railway in front of Google and the models 11/ Every new AI model brings a new jump in signups -> More code gets written, all of it needs to run somewhere, and this year the summer slowdown disappeared 12/ A go-to-market team of 7 runs all of it -> The pages, docs and plugins keep selling while they sleep 13/ The one hole: front-end apps -> Claude Code picks Vercel 100% of the time for Next.js and React apps. RYZE went from $120K to $300M+ a year selling mushroom coffee with AI ads, here's what we need to learn from them: 1/ They have an offshore army of AI video editors -> They hire AI video creators in 12 countries: Serbia, Ukraine, Spain, Peru, Lebanon, Brazil, Argentina, Nigeria, Romania, Mexico, Georgia and the US 2/ They run an insane amount of ads: 6,200 live at once -> And 60K+ have been tested 3/ They sell $45 bags of coffee running AI Pixar-style soap operas -> Her best friend steals her fiancé, her aunt brings mushroom coffee from Japan, 6 weeks later the bride begs "What did you do?" - I used RYZE 4/ To get a job there you need to create 2 Pixar-style ads 5/ Editors get drilled on new AI pipelines every week -> Weekly sessions break down winning ads and new tools like Kling, Veo, Higgsfield and OpenArt, plus a bonus when an ad wins 6/ They use AI to pick the next best ad and every second of it is calculated -> A storyboard writer maps what the actor does and which clips come from stock footage or AI, editors just follow the plan 7/ A casting machine that burns through 4,000 new actors a month -> Found on Billo, Collabstr, Backstage, Casting Networks and even their own Meta ads, 30% must be real UGC creators, not professional actors 8/ Actors get promoted like football players -> New actors start in "Growth House" and move up to "Powerhouse" when their ads perform. They scout 15-20 new actors and creators every week 9/ They're building a 100+ creator army that sells RYZE on TikTok -> Creators post videos with a buy button right inside TikTok and get a cut of every sale, top ones also get a monthly fee 10/ The whole back office is outsourced to the Philippines and India -> Filipino assistants handle inventory, suppliers and transactions, the finance director sits in Indiafrozen7d ago49K4953629111.0K3.24%

$200M ARR from SEO. The SEO-on-steroids playbook behind airSlate: 1/ They run one of the biggest SEO machines on the internet -> 4.8B keywords tracked and 35M pages built over the years: a page for every form, tool and city, even "compress PNG from 17MB to 15MB", in 7+ languages -> PDFfiller even ranks #1 on Google for "fake marriage certificate" 2/ They buy companies, put their SEO machine behind them and grow revenue 10x -> signNow made ~$3M a year when they bought it, paying only $2M in cash. Now it makes $35M -> Every company keeps its own name and team, and shares only marketing, payments and DevOps 3/ They sell to 31M tiny US businesses -> The plumber, the baker, the bookstore owner. 1.1M of them pay ~$180 a year each 4/ One simple page makes $106M a year -> PDFfiller, a site where you edit and sign PDFs, has ~860K paying customers on its own 5/ A free AI product built only to pull traffic -> bizdraft . com writes a legal agreement in 90 seconds with no sign-up, then sends people to their paid tools 6/ Even they think mass SEO is about to end -> The CEO gives keyword SEO 9-12 more months and expects search to drive 30% of new customers instead of 80%. On ChatGPT SEO gurus: "It's bullshit" 7/ They copy Google's search suggestions and make a page for each one -> Type "rental agreement" into Google and it suggests "rental agreement for a room in Texas" -> Their US Legal Forms site makes a page with that exact title, so it matches exactly what people search. They have ~120K of these pages 8/ 37,000 "DocHub vs X" comparison pages -> One for almost every competitor on earth, even tools nobody has heard of -> Plus 41 websites named after exact searches, like merge-pdf.dochub [.] com and chat-with-pdf.dochub [.] com 9/ They also run one of the most advanced Google Ads strategies out there -> 60M keywords, zero salespeople, and bidding math so good that a new customer's first payment already covered what the ad cost 10/ One product paid for everything -> PDFfiller was "a cash machine". They hit $18M revenue before raising, and reached $200M ARR on less than $200M raised Prepared by growth hackers at Ryze AI, the AI agent for paid adsfrozen6d ago29K272151338263.94%

Agent sign-ups at Ryze AI went up 10x Here are the 11 steps we fixed so AI agents can buy from us: 1/ Added a plain-text .md copy of every key page 2/ Removed the captcha and SMS code from sign-up 3/ Moved our prices and key answers into the page HTML -> In Vercel's test, agents found 0 of 5 answers hidden behind JavaScript and 5 of 5 once the same text was in the HTML 4/ Made every error point the agent to the fix -> When Claude hits our MCP without a login, the 401 includes the link to our sign-in page, so it opens the sign-in on its own 5/ Titled every page as the question our buyers ask -> ChatGPT picks what to open from the title and URL before it reads a word, and readable URLs got cited 89.78% of the time vs 81.11% 6/ Linked llms.txt from our footer and page head 7/ Stopped returning 403 to AI agents -> Heavy traffic now gets a 429 with a wait time, and the agent comes back later 8/ Put the agent path in the first line of llms.txt and in every error -> 31 tools built a special path for agents, and agents found it only 39% of the time 9/ Added an MCP server card at /.well-known/mcp/server-card.json -> Agents reached a .well-known file in 22.7% of runs, so one file lets them find and connect to Ryze on their own 10/ Started tracking agent visits in our logs -> Filter user agents like Claude-User and ChatGPT-User to see how many AI agents already visit your site 11/ Tested everything the way an agent does -> curl your pricing page with an agent user agent, and scan the domain on https://t.co/sU8k0xiAVS, which runs 33 checks We wrote everything up in the article and added a prompt you can paste into Claude, and it fixes your website for youfrozen26d ago4.3K182130241.33%

How to gamble with Meta ads on borrowed money Growth hacks to outspend your competitors 👇 1/ You need at least 3x return on ad spend to make it work -> Borrow $100k at a 6% fee, you owe $106k. At 3x ROAS you get $300k in sales -> That is $120k gross profit at 40% margin. Repay $106k and keep $14k on money you never had 2/ At 4x the same loan makes you $54k, at 2x it loses you $26k -> But most importantly, you take market share ahead of competitors and show VCs a cool growth curve 3/ Getting to 3x ROAS is not that hard 4/ How they decide to lend you money -> You connect Shopify or Stripe, your Meta and Google ad accounts and your bank -> They check 6+ months of revenue, ROAS by month, refund rate and cash balance, and you get an offer within 3 days 5/ Raising $1M from VCs costs you 20% of your company forever, borrowing $1M for ads costs $60k once 6/ Borrow against Meta's ROAS, it's always higher and gets you a bigger loan -> Meta reports 4x, your financial model shows 2.5x, because Meta counts people who saw the ad and bought later anyway, and ignores refunds -> Lenders underwrite on the Meta number, so a bigger Meta ROAS means a bigger limit 7/ The card pays Meta today, you pay the card in 55 days -> By then the ads have already brought in the sales, so you pay the bill with money the ads made, not your own 8/ Cashback covers the loan fee -> 2% cashback on $1M of Meta spend is $20k. A 0.8%/month loan for the same $1M over 3 months costs $24k 9/ Borrowed budget gets you out of Meta's learning phase faster -> Meta needs 50 sales in 7 days per ad set before it optimizes, so at a $40 CPA you must spend $2,000 a week just to get past the test phase 10/ Negotiate the share of sales the lender takes, not the fee -> You repay the loan as a share of each day's sales, and a lender taking 10% of every sale instead of 20% leaves you $1,000 more on every $10k day 11/ Take the money when you don't need it -> Limits are highest right after your best quarter -> Open the line in your peak month, let it sit unused at zero cost, and it is there the day a winning ad shows up28d ago407201000.74%
