fine-tuning open-source models without this step is just burning GPU credits. inspect your data first. catch duplicates, empty outputs, bad rows. an AI agent can build the checker for you in minutes. i tried it in Qoder. i gave its desktop agent one task: build a local checker for instruction/output JSONL, let me fix flagged rows, and export the valid ones. on 12 sample rows, it caught: >2 duplicate instructions >2 empty outputs >1 instruction over my 300-character review threshold i fixed one empty output. the valid count went from 7 to 8. Qoder then verified that the exported JSONL contained 8 clean rows. duplicates aren't always wrong, and 300 characters isn't a model limit. those are reasons to inspect a row before training, not blindly delete it. Qoder planned the task, built the app, opened it in the browser, and checked the result. that's a useful tool to have before starting a fine-tuning run. i used Qwen3.8-Flash, which showed 0× Credits in my run. it's free through September 30. Try it through my referral page before downloading Qoder: https://t.co/qTwgCrScZ3 You’ll get 600 credits: 300 from the 14-day Pro trial and 300 from my code.frozen28d ago142K2219012451490.41%

AI can generate a complete essay in seconds, but learning to write involves more than getting an instant output. Writing is how kids figure out what they actually think and why. In @gakkuai, “I’m still thinking” gives the conversation somewhere to go. Kids talk ideas through with Raku, see them take shape, and discover more of what they want to say.frozen7d ago49K374949803831.93%
WOW a massive competitor to ChatGPT and Copilot just came out 🤯 you hand it a pile of messy files and get back finished presentations, spreadsheets, and documents. you can steer the whole thing from your phone, and it remembers how you like things done. it's called KooKo, and here's how to use it: ↓frozen20d ago42K199151611110.81%
the next big ai company won't win on models. it'll win on memory. oki home is betting on that... because instead of a smarter chatbot, it goes after what personal ai is missing: one place for your files, photos and conversations storage on hardware you own, at home local ai to organize and find what you saved and it's built around the idea that your ai's memory should belong to you... which is exactly where i think personal ai needs to gofrozen16d ago40K7115240130.30%
you might be paying cloud rent on every ai token when you call an ai model, someone runs it on gpus. if those gpus are rented from a cloud, that rent can end up in your token price. telnyx skips that part for its open models: > it owns the gpus they run on > telnyx says there's no cloud-provider markup in the per-token price > the api is openai-compatible, so you keep your sdk the model to look at is glm-5.3 flash (default tier): > $0.135 per 1M input tokens > $0.027 per 1M cached input > $0.450 per 1M output i tested glm-5.3 flash with a customer email. it generated a support ticket with an order id, priority and suggested next action, plus a draft reply for human review. that run used 261 input tokens and 2,172 output tokens, including reasoning. at the published default rates, that's about $0.0010. calculated from actual usage, not a verified bill. so why does this matter? the model gets all the attention, but the hardware it runs on is part of what you pay on every call. good places to test it: > coding agents reading big repos > support bots answering the same questions all day > bulk summaries and data extraction quick test: swap in a telnyx api key, base url and model id, then run one of your own prompts. and if your agent ever needs a phone number, telnyx runs that on the same api key and bill. try it on your own workload. links in the first reply.frozen8d ago31K790601060.62%

we're so back.. one Seedance 2.5 clip or ~77 W1 clips for the same budget that's the gap at the supplied rates for equal-length videos. @VivixLabs_HQ W1 runs at $0.003/sec, and an 8s video renders in ~8s the visuals hold up in the side-by-side comparisons too and that price matters more than it looks. W1 is a real-time interactive video model, and video that keeps generating while you interact with it only works if every second is cheap. now it is still gaps in complex motion and dense scenes, and full-scale training is underway. but at this price, i'd stop picking easy prompts. give it a crowded scene with everyone moving and see where it falls apart real-time via API now, finished clips in the browser for now. real-time browser tools coming soon 👇frozen12d ago30K26812712751.87%

Research tools finally aren’t just for people in labs anymore. I’ve been trying AIPOCH Open-Science — an open-source AI research workbench. You give it a question, and it reads the literature, runs the analysis, and produces results — all in one workspace, every step traceable. What actually sold me is the .science research package: someone analyzed a city’s 100 years of rainfall data, then packed the conversation, code, inputs, and evidence into a single file. Someone else opens it and can inspect, reproduce, and continue the work — not a black box that just says “trust me.” The rainfall example is just one of dozens. There are researchers, students, and hobbyists all building with the same .science format. Browse the full use case gallery: https://t.co/VEpZ2yFQnm The idea is simple: for every ordinary person, it is now easier to participate in research through AIPOCH Open-Science. → ⭐ GitHub: https://t.co/99aO6UGDtZ → https://t.co/7R5jwtM861 @aipoch_ai #AI4Science #OpenSource #OpenSciencefrozen8d ago23K2671203722.80%
the scariest message i've ever woken up to.. 17 people paid me overnight and got NOTHING my online course was supposed to launch at 7am here's what my AI employee did while i slept: before bed i gave Viktor, the AI employee in our slack, one job: watch the checkout, and if people pay without getting access, hold the 7am launch email > 1:58 the course platform rotates its webhook key. every card after that gets charged, nobody gets access > 2:31 he holds the 7am email > 6:12 he finds the cause, one key > 6:41 waiting in slack: 17 orders charged, all 17 listed, an access email drafted for every buyer, not sent > 6:58 i paste the new key myself, he doesn't touch payment settings without me he runs a test purchase, access lands in 43 seconds, then the 17 emails go out > 9am the launch goes out instead of 7 > 9:47 64 orders, all 64 with access he proposes, i approve not one refund request from the 17 how would you have found out? wow.. my biggest money-maker was actually bleeding cash i run a business with three offers, and i thought the one bringing in the most revenue was the clear winner. Viktor caught what i couldn’t see in a spreadsheet. I asked him to calculate what each offer really cost me to sell: >the top offer had a 19% refund rate and took 11 support hours a month >the mid offer came third in revenue but first in what i kept. it costs $61 to acquire a customer, has a 4% refund rate, and barely creates any support work >the entry offer barely breaks even, but 31% of its buyers move up to the mid offer within 60 days the ranking flipped once refunds and support were included. the entry offer is a funnel, and the mid offer is the one i’d want more customers to choose. i'd keep the entry offer as a funnel and put my focus on the mid offer. Jev has been blowing up and I finally tried the API myself.. you don't need to understand the Jev API to use it most people overthink it -> read docs, watch videos, still confused just copy this checklist instead and skip all of that: 1. jev-ultrafast Stop making a frontier model stare at a webpage and “reason.” Jev just answers: what’s the next move, which element? A tiny model only gets called when something needs to be typed. Google Flights search lands in ~7 seconds. This is the reference build for “browser agent but not broke.” https://t.co/oWcDdibSao 2. killmyidea Paste a startup idea. Jev scores it from a bunch of indie-hacker angles and returns KILL / FIX / SHIP. No pep talk. No founder-mode coping. Just the verdict. https://t.co/rT1Gj5DLke 3. typesafe-mario Jev plays Super Mario. No screenshots. It reads structured emulator RAM and decides: run, jump, dodge. Proof that “decision model + clean state” beats “vision model + vibes.” https://t.co/n4Mdxsbbju 4. jev-trader High-frequency market making on Monad testnet. Spreads + flow in, buy/sell out. ~81ms model latency. This is the “can a judgment model keep up with a market” demo. https://t.co/PGL5EV4BdM 5. Canny Coding agents love to announce “done” while tests are on fire. Canny looks at tool output, diffs, and test results, then judges whether that completion claim is real. Anti-cope layer. https://t.co/tnsPqAgY1s 6. json-render Vercel Labs’ generative UI stack. Jev doesn’t drip JSON token-by-token. It picks the component, the props, the layout. The expensive model isn’t designing the page one comma at a time. https://t.co/rOY9yjXMHB 7. jev-drone Flight stack still owns stability and safety. Jev only does the high-level calls: climb, brake, go around the thing. Judgment layer, not a pilot replacement. https://t.co/fS4uEUVuPe 8. fast-jev-compaction Claude Code context is a landfill. Before every tool call, Jev scans what’s still useful, deletes the rest, and doesn’t rewrite anything. Original text stays original. Less tokens, less hallucination, less “wait why did you forget the bug.” https://t.co/K3AiKy478H 9. OneVOneJev 1v1 FPS in the browser. Every tick: move, look, aim, shoot, jump. Real-time decisions where a chat model would already be dead. https://t.co/gEYMvukMHk 10. typesafe-mcp You just got the API key. Plug Jev into Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Codex, Pi. Choice / Score / Noul whenever you want a real decision instead of vibes-as-JSON. https://t.co/PZ6szrHyDm 11. Blink Repo navigation without the “read the entire monorepo” tax. At each directory, Jev picks the files most relevant to the issue, then you keep digging. Less wandering, more hitting the actual file. https://t.co/OmKGkAlgxS 12. Prism Jev doesn’t place the order. It labels the tape: toxic flow, pressure, mean reversion, etc. Your actual strategy still trades. Separation of “what’s happening” from “what we do.” https://t.co/zJR2GjmKw4 13. agent-desktop Desktop automation that reads the accessibility tree, not pixels. Jev judges the next button, menu, or input. Computer-use energy, minus the screenshot tax. https://t.co/6EPKTe9QNA 14. jev-curate Training data is mostly junk. Point Jev at JSONL / Parquet: quality, relevance, risk. Only the keepers go into the next training run. Filter first, train second. https://t.co/y517uDSkrn 15. jev-codex-router Don’t send every coding turn to the $$$$ model. Jev first judges how hard this round is, then picks model tier, reasoning depth, and speed mode. Spend the budget where the task actually needs it. https://t.co/ng4E9NJO3x 16. neo4jev Drop Jev into a knowledge graph. At every node it picks the most worth-it edge, then walks. Graph search without turning every hop into an essay. https://t.co/N5yswTg7PI 17. Winnow Context garbage collection for Claude Code. Read / Bash / Grep dump a novel into the window. Jev decides which scraps actually matter for the current task. Everything else gets yeeted. https://t.co/7fzUvqjH3l 18. SemDecide Jev as a CLI. Classify, score, filter straight in the shell. Hook it to crawlers, CI, data pipelines. No agent ceremony. Just a gate. https://t.co/Jw5pVcA8LV 19. jev-review Don’t burn a senior model (or a human) on every diff. Jev pre-screens for high-risk changes, then you escalate only those. Comes with a local dashboard so you can see the triage. https://t.co/Zbqf6F3TDs 20. jev-mcp Ready-made judgment toolkit: fact-check, screen content, rank by meaning, classify, extract. The boring-but-necessary calls agents skip because a big model is too slow and too expensive to run on every claim. https://t.co/mflx6uz0oQfrozen26d ago4.9K371260402.13%

imo opus 5.5 is a beast! easily my fav model rn, so i spent my saturday reading the free anthropic's 5.5 prompting guide so you don't have to. here's how to level up -> 1. pay less for the same quality: switch to medium medium is the new default and matches or beats opus 5 on high. on some coding tasks, low gets close for way less. 2. faster replies: delete "think carefully before answering" effort controls thinking now. removing that line made replies start sooner with no clear quality drop. 3. fewer wrong actions: make it look around first for work across email, docs and sheets, asking it to explore all relevant sources before acting got noticeably more tasks right. 4. safer pasting: tag copied text wrap pasted emails or web pages in tags so it won't follow instructions hidden inside them. 5. delete your ocr workarounds it reads charts and screenshots way better now. even on its lowest effort it beat opus 5 on max at reading dense charts. 6. less generic design: ban specific clichés "make it look unique" just swaps one default for another. name what you don't want: cream backgrounds, pill buttons, "01/02/03" labels. small changes, but they save a ton of tokens and re-prompting. free claude prompting guide below:19d ago2.5K1122010.64%

think i just got my mondays back.. twin now connects to meta ads. i connected my account once, typed what i wanted in plain english, and an agent runs it on a schedule. it reads the api and clicks through ads manager when the api stops short.. my weekly report just shows up in slack now prompts i'm using: the monday report "every monday at 8am, pull last week's meta spend, CTR and cost per result for every campaign, compare to the week before, post the summary to slack and flag the 3 that need attention" the pacing watchdog "every morning at 7am, check all active campaigns for spend pacing. if any is spending 25% above its usual daily rate or stopped delivering, slack me the name, the number and what changed" stop the bleed "look at the last 7 days. pause any ad set that spent more than $100 with zero conversions, tell me exactly what you paused and why" it's live on https://t.co/mdTK18D2xP today:👇frozen16d ago1.8K602010.49%
the robot industry spent a decade building the WRONG robots... terminators, warehouse arms, backflip demos the team that left Boston Dynamics went the other way and built characters you actually walk up to and meet motion capture and reinforcement learning for the movement, professional puppeteers for the emotion my brain genuinely refuses to accept there's a machine under therefrozen6d ago1.8K701000.44%
we're entering a very dangerous era where your AI agent uses your browser more than you do ego lite is out of beta and now on Windows, and you can use it to let Claude Code or Codex work inside your real browser sessions here's how to give your agent its own browser: first, you need a browser built for agents... ego lite is Chromium made for them, not an automation layer bolted on top >log in to your accounts ONCE yourself >point Claude Code or Codex at it >it works from the sessions you're already logged into >give it the task >Snapshots keep the page context lean >it runs in its own Parallel Space while you keep your tabs then stack real tasks on it... let it watch your competitors' pricing and changelogs, find prospects that fit your ideal customer, sign up for rival newsletters or dig up SaaS seats you're paying for and never use your agent doesn't need YOUR browser, it needs its own3d ago1.8K11111001.30%
big tech launches get countdowns, keynotes and a waitlist... this one is a GitHub repo from a university research team Hongyang Zhang (University of Waterloo) and the team just released EAGLE-4 the idea behind EAGLE is simple: a small model guesses the next words ahead, and the big model checks the guesses, so the AI writes text faster EAGLE-4 makes that work across different hardware and different numbers of requests at once earlier versions are already supported in vLLM, SGLang and NVIDIA TensorRT-LLM, popular tools people use to run AI models no keynote, just the code2d ago1.7K721000.58%
Just caught up on Tripothon SF, and honestly, @tripoai is doing way more than just building an AI 3D tool. They're actually bringing the creator community together and helping everyone level up. Seeing teams drop generated assets straight into VR, playable games, and 3D prints in a matter of hours was wild. It really shows how insanely fast this workflow has gotten. And that panel... seeing Tripo, World Labs, and Runway on the same stage mapping out the future of 3D and world generation was huge. Incredible energy for the first World-Building Hackathon!frozen7d ago1.7K1224001.08%
WhatsApp should be nervous right now... these guys just dropped a messenger where AI agents live inside your chats here's why that's a big deal: - school pickup changes and it updates the shared family calendar - a concert is coming to town and it finds a night that works and buys the tickets - the trip everyone keeps talking about finally gets dates, an itinerary and booked flights - it builds apps for whatever you're working on half the apps on your home screen are about to be one message away3d ago1.6K812010.73%
an AI that knows your password can be tricked into using it... it follows instructions. it doesn't always know whose you can use Grok Bot + Agent Vault to sign in to your accounts without the agent ever seeing your password here's how it works: first, you need a vault... sign up and add the logins you want your agent to use -> https://t.co/29265hW4UX > create an API key and connect Grok Bot > tell it where to sign in: make a Vercel account, pull something up in Notion, cancel a subscription > one-time codes and CAPTCHAs come to you to finish Self's proxy swaps in your username and password at sign-in, so the agent never sees them https://t.co/K47kyxQuz4frozen7d ago1.6K1414011.23%
here's what an ai shopping agent actually has now • its own email address • a one time card authorized for the exact amount • a browser it can open and fill out forms in • permission to decide for the person instinct and muse both work like this. the only thing missing is your site knowing it's there scope is how your site knows. when an agent like that lands, scope records: • which agent it was • the request it came in with • every page it read and every form it filled • the exact step it stopped on, and why • whether it convertedfrozen8d ago1.6K1106031.28%
here's how to get a 40B coding model on your laptop that runs WAY faster than you'd think... no API bill, works offline, and your code never leaves the machine >grab the open weights on Hugging Face, Apache 2.0 >on an M4 Pro or M5 Pro/Max, use rec, Recursive's lightweight engine built for Flint >or run it in llama.cpp, Ollama or LM Studio (Unsloth, vLLM and SGLang work too) >setup instructions are in Recursive's docs >stay under 256k context for the best results, even though it supports 512k >for complex tasks, split the work into smaller subtasks with explicit instructions, it may need more guidance than the bigger closed models why it's this fast: only 2.5B of its 40B params work on each word the layer that picks the next word got squeezed to 4 bits, against common practice then custom kernels for Apple Silicon and RTX Spark, plus a megakernel on M4/M5, all found by Recursive's Eureka Machine result: 125+ tok/s on an M4 Pro MacBook Pro and 150+ on a 64GB NVIDIA RTX Spark at short contexts and it still leads MoE models under 50B on SWE-Bench Pro v2, Terminal-Bench 2.1 and SWE-Bench Verified let the agents run all day, nobody's counting tokens1d ago1.5K19211032.26%

the scary answers are the ones that sound right... imo most AI avatars feel like cheap slop the second you talk to them... they look fine for a few seconds, then the lag and the dead eyes give it away Anam just dropped Cara-4.1 Express and this launch video is worth a watch > 1.2 seconds median response time, 33% faster than the next-best competitor > you can interrupt it mid-sentence and it handles it like a real conversation interrupting it mid-sentence is the real test for me2d ago1.5K1320031.21%
AI video still has one dumb problem... the clip looks perfect, the sound is wrong, so you throw the whole thing away and regenerate Mirelo SFX 2.0 just fixes that you keep the video you like and only redo the sound random music the model added nobody asked for? gone, no re-prompting the dialogue stays exactly the same, the sound effects and background get rebuilt around it it watches the video and syncs the sound to the action by itself and the car in the last shot sounds like the car in the first honestly this saves so many creditsfrozen8d ago1.5K401070.81%
Jev fans are going to hate this benchmark table... you can use Snap to literally go from 100K tokens to a decision in under 1 second here's why: Snap vs Jev, side by side: > Decision RULER at 256K: 99.8 vs 90.7 > Decision LCR: 74.0 vs 48.0, and Jev needs a chunked workflow > Decision Index avg: 67.6 vs 61.6 > benchmarks led: 13 of 16 (tool use, security, legal, finance, support routing, code) > single call: up to 384K tokens, no chunking or truncating > inputs: text and images in the same context then the price... $0.05 per million input tokens, cached or uncached, and output tokens are free one call in, one decision outfrozen10d ago1.5K501010.48%
Slack founders must be REFRESHING X right now... @zenzap_chat just dropped AI agents that join your team’s group chat like actual coworkers no dashboards, no setup, no copying AI answers into HubSpot... you add an agent to the chat, tell it what to do, and it does the work here’s why that’s a big deal: > you can create an agent in under 90 seconds with no code > several agents and several humans work in the same chat and hand work to each other > agents connect to hundreds of business tools, and if one is missing you point the agent at the tool’s docs and it builds the connector itself > agents ask a human for approval before anything sensitive, like sending an email and to prove it’s not just for tech bros, a truck driver sends voice notes about his stops and fuel, and the agent logs every receipt straight into QuickBooks lmaofrozen8d ago1.4K912000.83%

this is the easiest way to kill AI slop AI coding is turning every interface into the same boring template. same hero section.. same pill badges.. same "seamless experience" copy that means nothing someone finally built a filter that cuts the slop before it ships here’s how it works 1. run `npx antislop-ai` and choose your coding agent 2. define your own visual standards inside `DESIGN .md` 3. let the agent build or audit your interface 4. antislop checks the UI, copy, decoration, and code comments against 38 mandatory rules 5. techniques only pass when the agent has a real reason for using them 6. the project has to pass a final PASS/FAIL Delivery Gate before it ships 7. if the result still feels generic, update your `DESIGN .md` and run the audit again it works with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Copilot, Antigravity, Gemini CLI, Hermes, OpenCode, and Kimi Code 100% free open-source repo below:18d ago949825082.42%

stop asking one AI to do everything... let Grok Bot hire your AI team instead: ------------------- You're the hiring manager for my AI team. Your bias: a bot with two jobs does both badly, and most people hire for tasks when they should hire for outcomes. Before you hire anyone, interview me. One question at a time, wait for my answer, and push back when I'm vague: - what eats my week that I'd happily hand off - which tools and logins that work lives in - what a finished job looks like - what I never want a bot to touch Then write a job post for every role you'd hire. Each post gets: - a name and ONE outcome it owns - who it reports to - its routine, when it runs without me - what it must ask me before doing Always include a Chief of Staff. It owns nothing except routing: it reads my requests, hands each one to the right bot, and tells me when something falls between roles. Put bots that need each other in a group (research feeding content, content feeding outreach) and say what each one passes to the next. Show me the full org chart and wait for my yes. Once I approve, hire the first 3: create each bot, write its description from the job post, connect the tools it needs, set its routine, and give it one test task. Then show me what each bot produced. House rules: - never send, post, publish or spend without my approval - read-and-prepare work first, actions later - if two bots could own the same job, merge them or cut one - if you're guessing about my business, ask Ask me your first interview question now. tip: give this tweet to your Grok Bot and let it build your team11h ago332301001.20%
