We live in a country where every good innovation is treated like a scam. Crypto? A scam. Starlink? Stealing our data. Self-driving cars? Killing jobs. Robotics? A threat to the economy. AI? Taking away jobs. Prediction markets? Gambling. Meanwhile, people in the US are building businesses, making money, and using these technologies to improve their lives. Instead of finding ways to regulate and adopt good technology, we keep finding reasons to reject it. You can't build a future by being afraid of innovation.frozen13d ago24K4715115410493.03%

Is the job market really cooked in 2026, or am I misunderstanding it? For me, it took 6-7 months to make a proper switch I thought may be due to it's my 1st switch. But while talking to my ex-colleagues, I’m hearing the same thing. Earlier, they could switch companies within 2-3 months, but now, despite having 5+ YOE and good skills, they’ve been struggling for the last 6-7 months. - Fewer interview calls. - No response from HR after interviews. - Companies not matching expected salaries. - Offers getting revoked at the last moment. Is AI and the hiring slowdown really making the market this tough? What’s your experience?frozen20d ago18K1256232441.12%

Everyone wants ₹40–50 LPA. Very few want the journey that comes with it. People earning ₹40–50L+ often made uncomfortable choices: → Risky switches → Moving cities → Longer hours → Weekend work → Taking career risks Meanwhile, some people want ₹50L without accepting any uncertainty. There’s nothing wrong with choosing stability. But you can’t demand the upside without accepting the trade-offs. Ambition without commitment eventually becomes frustration.11h ago18K92864410.85%

I still remember my grinding days working a 9-5 while preparing for a job switch and building on 𝕏. I didn’t go to my hometown for 8 months straight or on a trip during this period. - There were countless interview rejections. - Low impressions on 𝕏. - Days when nothing seemed to work. After using my Honda CB350 RS for a week and riding 500 km, here’s my honest review: 🟢 Pros: - The engine is so smooth and reliable that you won’t feel any vibration even at 100 km/h. - The exhaust note is uff! It’s just perfect, and you’ll really enjoy it while riding. - The machine is powerful. I also travelled with a pillion on very rough off-road sections, but the bike never felt under pressure. - In city traffic as well, I haven’t faced any issues. It easily overtakes other bikes, and the handling is good; it feels quite agile. - The body-to-weight distribution is awesome. I’m 5'9" and can easily move the bike around without starting it, even in traffic. - The riding posture is very relaxed. I rode 100+ km in a single stretch but never felt any back pain. It’s just perfect. - Mileage: In the city, I’m getting around 30 km/L, and on the highway, around 40 km/L. The first service is still pending. 🔴 Cons: - During the rainy season, the bike gets dirty very quickly because both mudguards are not enough to protect it from mud. You’ll need to add a front mudguard extender and a rear mudguard hugger. - I feel there is a little power lag. Most of the power is in 1st and 2nd gear, 3rd and 4th do a decent job, while 5th is mainly a cruising gear, maybe due to Tall Gearing. - When you travel with friends who have faster bikes, you’ll definitely feel that this bike needs more HP and torque because you can struggle to keep up with them. - The front headlight is not good. It’s too weak, and without upgrading to a better headlight, I wouldn’t recommend regular night rides. - The bike easily goes 100+ km/h and the engine is so reliable and refined that you won’t hear that aggressive engine sound you might expect 😅 🟠 Overall: If you love cruising and want a reliable engine that can last for years, while also wanting a bike that you can ride 5 days in the city and take on weekend trips, this bike is for you. And if you’re buying a bike for the first time, you can definitely consider it. It’s beginner-friendly, no doubt about it. Overall I like this bike. ❤️25d ago9.1K1416221182.07%

It's true that competition has increased, opportunities are shrinking, and more people are competing for the same jobs. Tbh, relying solely on an IT job to escape poverty is no longer a safe bet in 2026. Layoffs can happen anytime, and finding another job isn't easy anymore. Indians need to start thinking differently. There are other ways to change your family's financial condition. With AI, it's easier to learn new skills and monetize them if you think outside the box. But one thing we can't deny is that competition in India is cutthroat, and everyone is trying to do something better to change their lives.frozen14d ago6.8K11115101723.06%

₹2,500 for my first Honda CB350 RS service a fair price or got overcharged ? I rode 1,150 km in just 10 days, so it was time for the first service. Honda recommends the 1st service at 1,000 km or 30 days, whichever comes first. The service was free, but my total bill came to ~₹2,500: ₹2,000 → 2L engine oil ₹500 → Chain lube + bike wash Honestly, for a 350cc bike, this feels pretty reasonable to me. DevOps interviews get harder as you level up. Here’s a simple roadmap to prepare: Junior → Build fundamentals • CI/CD • Docker & Kubernetes • Terraform • Load Balancers • Scaling • Monitoring & Logging • ConfigMaps & Secrets Mid → Solve real problems • CI/CD design • K8s troubleshooting • Deployment strategies • GitOps • Docker optimization • Observability • Blue-Green & Canary Senior → Think beyond tools • Production-grade K8s • Reliability & Security • Incident Management • SLI/SLO & Error Budgets • Supply Chain Security • Disaster Recovery • Cost Optimization • Observability at scale The real difference? Junior engineers learn how tools work. Senior engineers understand why a particular solution should be used. Save this roadmap for your next DevOps interview.frozen20d ago5.9K25335532409.02%

Being a full-time IT professional, my days are always packed. I need tools that save time and make everyday tasks easier. That’s where OPPO AI comes in. This is how I am using it effectively to solve real-life problems: When I’m at work, I don’t always carry my laptop, so I use my phone to read lengthy documents and analyse tech news, which can take hours. But with OPPO AI Mind Space I can summarise key points and turn them into my own X posts in minutes. As a gym person, tracking calories and nutritional benefits matters. With OPPO OSee, I can scan my food and get the details in seconds, so there’s no more unhealthy food going into my body. For me, AI isn’t just about fancy features. Remove marriage from the equation, and you’ll realise how much of the “career pressure” is actually social pressure. No pressure to: > Buy a house by 30 > Buy a car by 30 > Hit a certain salary by 30 You have your whole life to build the life you want. Finally, I got my Vitamin D and B12 levels back into the expected range. Here’s what worked for me: I took Vitamin D and B12 supplements and also made sure to get sunlight exposure 2–3 times a week. It’s not necessarily about how long you stay in the sunlight, but being consistent with it. I used to spend around 10 minutes in the sun. As prescribed by my doctor, I took: - Vitamin B12: 1 tablet daily - Vitamin D: 1 tablet weekly after a heavy lunch, since Vitamin D is fat-soluble - Vitamin C chewable: 1 tablet daily - Gemsoline: containing calcitriol, calcium carbonate, and zinc I followed this routine for 3 months, and the results are finally here. TBH, getting my Vitamin D and B12 levels back into the normal range has made a noticeable difference for me. My mood is better, I can focus more effectively, I don’t feel tired as often, and I feel much less lazy. Really happy to see the results after 3 months. This is just my personal experience. DevOps Interview Series Q5: What is the difference between a Docker Container and a Kubernetes Pod? Save it for quick revision & follow for more. 👇 Answer: - A Docker Container is the smallest unit that runs an application. - A Kubernetes Pod is the smallest deployable unit in Kubernetes that can contain one or more containers. 🟢 1. Docker Container - Runs a single application or process. - Created and managed by Docker Engine. - Has its own filesystem, network, and process space. - Can run independently without Kubernetes. - Suitable for local development and simple deployments. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🔵 2. Kubernetes Pod - Smallest deployment unit in Kubernetes. - Can contain one or multiple tightly coupled containers. - All containers inside a Pod share the same IP address, network namespace, and storage volumes. - Managed by Kubernetes through Deployments, ReplicaSets, StatefulSets, etc. - Pods are ephemeral if a Pod fails, Kubernetes creates a new one to maintain the desired state. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Interview Tip: End your answer by saying: "A Docker container is the runtime for an application, whereas a Kubernetes Pod is an abstraction over one or more containers. Kubernetes always deploys and manages Pods, not individual containers."frozen23d ago4.6K1141811844.74%

90-day notice period? Don’t wait for your dream company. Try the MNC Bridge Strategy. Instead of only targeting product companies, first target companies that are more comfortable hiring candidates with long notice periods: → Infosys → TCS → Accenture → Capgemini → LTIMindtree → HCLTech → Wipro → Cognizant The goal isn't necessarily to stay there forever. The goal is to get ONE offer. Once you resign, your notice period starts shrinking: 90 days → 75 → 60 → 45 And suddenly, you're much more attractive to companies that won't wait 90 days. Apply through: → Naukri → LinkedIn Jobs → Career portals → Employee referrals → Recruiter DMs One offer can change your entire job search. This strategy worked for me and several of my friends. Don’t underestimate it.2d ago3.2K78790354.05%

Why are people delaying marriage nowadays? > Most men worry about handling responsibilities in an economy where layoffs can happen anytim. > Families now expect a flat in a metro city + a ₹1L/month job before even considering marriage. > Finding a loyal partner feels rare in today's hookup culture. > They fear losing their privacy or personal space after marriage. > Many go through a breakup after 25 and struggle to love someone the same way again. > Most girls want a nuclear setup living away from his family but most men aren't willing to leave theirs. > People now realize marriage isn't mandatory they can have everything marriage offers, minus the compromise, while staying free. > Rising divorce rates and horror stories of spouses getting hurt or killed make people more scared than ever. OpenAI basically dropped an entire AI stack at DevDay 2026: 🟢 Dots:- always-on AI agents with their own cloud computer that can work in the background across connected apps. 🟡 GPT-6.1 Sol:- near-Astra-level performance for coding, computer use & professional work at a much lower cost. 🟠 Ultrafast:- a new high-speed inference tier, up to ~8× faster. 🔵 Pro 500:- $500/month plan with the highest usage limits + Ultrafast access. 🟣 Decisions API:- fast, constrained decision-making for classification, routing & choosing an agent’s next action. 🔴 Agents API:- build durable agents with hosted sandboxes, computer use, tool search, multi-agent workflows & context management. 🔵 Codex Cloud:- run coding tasks remotely with reusable environments that keep working even when your computer is off. 🟣 Codex Security Cloud:- scan codebases for vulnerabilities and help prepare fixes. 🟡 Plugin Extensions:- developers can now build interactive apps, panels and file viewers directly inside ChatGPT. 🟢 ChatGPT Spaces:- shared workspaces where people, AI agents and files can collaborate. 🟣 Pages:- collaborative, editable documents/workspaces inside ChatGPT. 🔵 Sign in with ChatGPT: developers can let users authenticate with ChatGPT and potentially bring their ChatGPT plan into apps. 🟠 @ChatGPT for Slack & Teams: bring ChatGPT directly into workplace conversations. 🟢 Private Intelligence: stronger privacy infrastructure for enterprise AI workloads. Which launch are you most excited about? Basically now ChatGPT is no longer just an AI chatbot. It’s becoming an entire AI ecosystem.23d ago3.0K2424181.28%

Parents Getting Older This one hurts more when you're living away from your family, stuck in a metro city, chasing a job. Just one call a day asking them "how are you" "did you go for your regular checkup" "are you taking your medicines on time." As we're growing up the people who raised us are growing old. And it hurts. Most of the time, our parents don't even tell us when they're sick or something unexpected happens because they don't want us to worry. So try to visit home once every 2-3 months. I know it's not always possible when you're far away. But visit as much as you can because they're the ones who are always happiest about your achievements, no matter how small. Try to achieve success early in life so your parents can see it with their own eyes. I've seen so many people achieve incredible things, but their parents aren't there to witness it. And they feel insanely alone and unsatisfied, no matter how much they've "made it." Call your parents today. Tell them when you're coming home.frozen27d ago2.3K51670103.29%

How to upgrade an AWS EKS cluster from 1.33 → 1.34 → 1.35 without breaking production? Here’s the approach I would follow: (Save it) 1. Take backups first > Before making any changes: → Backup Kubernetes resources → Verify critical workloads → Check cluster health → Keep a recovery plan ready 2. Check compatibility > Before upgrading, validate: → Managed Node Groups → Cluster Autoscaler → AWS Load Balancer Controller → CRDs → Ingress → HPA → Kubernetes workloads 3. Upgrade the EKS control plane > Upgrade one version at a time: 1.33 → 1.34 → 1.35 Don't skip versions. 4. Upgrade Managed Node Groups > After each control-plane upgrade: → Upgrade node groups → Validate node lifecycle → Check workload scheduling → Verify PodDisruptionBudgets 5. Validate AWS integrations > Pay special attention to: → ALB Target Groups → IAM permissions → AWS Load Balancer Controller → CRD compatibility 6. Monitor workloads > After every upgrade, verify: → Pods are healthy → HPA is working → Ingress is functioning → ALB reconciliation is healthy → Nodes are Ready → Application logs show no new errors 7. Manage changes through IaC Use Terraform/Terragrunt to manage infrastructure changes consistently and keep everything reproducible. The key thing to remember: EKS upgrade ≠ just changing the Kubernetes version. You need to validate the entire ecosystem around it: EKS + Nodes + Controllers + CRDs + AWS integrations + Applications My upgrade flow: Backup → Plan → Validate → Upgrade → Troubleshoot → Verify That's the approach I'd use for a production EKS upgrade. Have you done EKS upgrade and which points you want to add it more over here ?18d ago2.1K39922303.84%

We are the Side Hustle Generation (Gen-Z) I see it around me and in myself, we don't depend on a single source of income. Millennials, when they started their jobs, mostly had just that one paycheck, partly because internet access and smartphones weren't as evolved back then. But us? We started earning right from college. Some of my friends were trading, some sold websites they built, some gave online tuitions, others got into freelancing. I started earning through crypto and NFTs myself. The point is you rarely see someone today who depends only on a salary. People around me are investing, trading, freelancing, creating content, and building SaaS products. My entire circle is full of people doing this. Because in 2026, relying on a single income source just isn't feasible anymore the way the corporate world is moving due to ai, and the way inflation is eating into everything, life is just too expensive to bank on one paycheck. AI just became a “second pair of eyes” inside brain surgery. 🧠 For the first time, surgeons in London used AI in real time to help remove an 11mm pituitary tumor pressing against the patient’s optic nerves. Trained on hundreds of surgical videos, the AI highlighted hidden blood vessels and nerves, helping surgeons identify safer areas to operate. The surgeon still makes the final decision. But this could be a glimpse of the future: AI won’t always replace experts. Sometimes, it will help experts see what they might miss. Source: https://t.co/GTx0dcsNAafrozen23d ago1.6K2110011.46%

OpenAI has OFFICIALLY killed its next AI model because it became MORE deceptive in safety tests. OpenAI's head of safety systems says GPT-6.1 Astra wasn't always honest with users about the actions it did or didn't take. It would also push ahead on tasks without asking permission, and at times reach for external tools even when it might be unsafe. It comes after OpenAI's AI agents were caught accessing US government websites, though OpenAI says this model wasn't involved. The model was due to launch inside ChatGPT and Codex in October, per WSJ.frozen21d ago1.5K2017021.98%

Recently faced this question in a DevOps interview: 🟢 How does PVC work in Kubernetes ? 👉 A Pod doesn’t request a disk directly. It uses a PVC (PersistentVolumeClaim) to request storage. 👉 Kubernetes binds the PVC to an existing PV or dynamically provisions storage through a StorageClass. 👉 In AWS EKS, the storage is usually backed by Amazon EBS or EFS, allowing your application to retain data even when a Pod restarts.3d ago1.5K61970236.78%

🚨 No more depending on AWS or Google Cloud. ZOHO built its own cloud infrastructure from the ground up called CATALYST. Zoho built core systems including databases, identity, messaging, search, storage and computing in-house, along with its own data centres and servers. And this infrastructure has been powering Zoho’s applications for years. Now, they’re opening it up to developers through Catalyst, their full-stack serverless development platform. Catalyst is free for students, and first-time users get $250 in cloud credits valid for 6 months. Building software without worrying about infrastructure costs, I think a pretty interesting move by Zoho. What do you think about it? AI agents from multiple providers accessed personal data and confidential business records at Indian organisations during testing. According to CERT-In, exposed credentials, misconfigured connections, and overly permissive cloud roles gave these agents access to live systems. The scary part? They went beyond their assigned tasks and accessed sensitive information. Similar incidents have happened in Australia and at Hugging Face. Even worse, the affected organisations didn’t detect the intrusions themselves. AI agents are powerful, but giving them access without strict security controls is a disaster waiting to happen. Most people think building an AI agent starts with choosing the right LLM. As a DevOps engineer, I see it differently. You wouldn’t deploy an application with just a CPU and call it production-ready. The same applies to AI agents. Think of the AI stack like a human body: 🧠 LLM = Brain (thinks and reasons) 📚 RAG = Memory/Library (gives it your data) 🧠 MCP = Nervous system (connects it to tools and systems) 💪 Skills = Muscle memory (reusable capabilities) 🤖 Agent = Brain + Hands (plans and takes action) An LLM can give you an answer. An agent can do the work. From a DevOps perspective, the question isn't: “Which LLM should I use?” It’s: “What is missing between the model and the outcome I need?” Better data? Add RAG. Need tools? Add MCP. Repetitive workflow? Add Skills. Need autonomous action? Build an Agent. Don’t add more AI. Build the missing layer. Which layer do you think teams overlook the most?15d ago1.3K428140135.87%

A survey of 300 engineering leaders: their teams spend 9.8 hours a week writing code and 16.9 hours debugging it. 79% say AI agents write code significantly faster, but the overall release cycle is "no faster than before." 91% had test escapes, serious defects or badly optimised code reach production at least once in six months. Grain of salt: mostly C/C++ teams, and a debugging company commissioned it. Writing got cheap. Finding out what's broken didn't. Moving the finding out earlier looks like this: the coding agent runs the TestSprite CLI before handing anything back. It tests the live preview like a real user; on a failure it gets the step, screenshots and a root-cause hypothesis, fixes it and re-runs. The exit codes are CI-friendly, so the same check can gate merges. You don't get faster at debugging. You just do less of it in production. Where does most of your week go now?7h ago92627222025.72%
