Each blue dot is one organic post. The Performance Score ranks by the median (2.1K), not the mean (6.8K) — so a single viral post doesn't inflate a creator's reach. The p25 floor (1.4K) is the level 75% of posts clear.

I'm Daniel. I'm 26. From Denmark. Ex-CTO at a $700k ARR startup, now building alone. ClimbX, an AI co-pilot for growing on X. $1.2k MRR. 0 to 12.8k followers in 198 days, all of it built in public. Looking to connect with more builders! https://t.co/oCskuZZ2qJfrozen5d ago140K35571703220.40%

I just burned $867 on Meta ads. 16,968 views. 1,608 clicks. 6 signups. 2 trials. 0 paying. No return, but I learned a ton. It forced me to set up proper tracking, and the split tests gave me real data. No regrets. But I'm done with Meta. Turns out my users aren't on Facebook. Where do most of your paying users come from?frozen7d ago49K3527236111161.47%
If you can give feedback, you can direct an AI video. For this 10-second piece, I set the format and visual direction: vertical, bold English type, blue editorial collage, and one consistent character. Pexo (@Pexoai_offical) generated five poses and built the animated scenes. Then I reviewed the draft, asked for music, and marked five layout changes on the video. One note: “Center these three labels and make them larger.” Pexo used the marked frames to revise the cut. That’s Mark to Fix. Full tutorial in the first reply, showing the creative direction, generated assets, feedback, and revisions that shaped it.frozen28d ago35K483291310.34%

As a software engineer who loves building, I think building is now the easy part 😅 If I were starting over, I'd do exactly this: 1. Pick who I want to sell to. A specific group with money to spend on solving a problem. 2. Talk to them. Find out what they struggle with and how they handle it today. 3. Find a problem painful enough that they'd pay to solve it. “Yeah, that's annoying” isn't enough. Ideally, they're already using clunky workarounds to deal with it. 4. Pitch the solution before building it. Try to get a real commitment, ideally a preorder or paid pilot. 5. Build the smallest version that solves the problem, working closely with those first customers. The hardest part is finding something people want enough to pay for. I'd spend more time proving that before writing code.frozen27d ago1.7K42031094.73%

I use them as a baseline and fill tomorrow's 8 slots. Step 2: Let AI review the calendar I have the ClimbX MCP connected to my AI agent. You can do the same with ClimbX (link in the first reply). Step 3: It keeps learning ClimbX keeps extracting learnings about my style: what hooks work, what flops, which formats get replies. Every review gets sharper. Step 4: Log off posting 8 posts planned. They go out on their own. I don't touch scheduling again until the next evening. Step 5: Live in the replies Morning: DMs first. Then: reply to every comment on my posts. All day: keep replying. ~300 a day, 3-4 hours total. That's where the growth actually comes from. 20 minutes on posts. 3-4 hours on people.
