Each blue dot is one organic post. The Performance Score ranks by the median (1.6K), not the mean (2.5K) — so a single viral post doesn't inflate a creator's reach. The p25 floor (1.2K) is the level 75% of posts clear.

I got tired of opening Activity Monitor and staring at a wall of process names I didn't recognize. So I made a little macOS app that makes sense of it. It's called Spare. It lives in your menu bar and shows CPU and memory use by the apps, projects, and AI agents you actually recognize. It helps you decide what's safe to close. No account, and nothing leaves your Mac. Free and open source. It's the fifth of a few small Mac apps I've been building. One more coming soon.

I made a skill that gets you cited when AI does the recommending. It tests the buying questions across the assistants, finds out why you're invisible (nothing worth citing), then ships llms.txt, structured answers, and benchmark data the models actually quote. npx skills add coreyhaines31/marketingskillsfrozen21d ago6.1K5401201293.21%

It was such an honor to speak at MicroConf in Reykjavik, Iceland last week. I was a 20 year old kid with a dream to start a business when I started listening to @robwalling on Startups For The Rest Of Us. I dreamt of going to a MicroConf for a DECADE but could never justify it until the last couple of years. So to speak, on stage, was... surreal. The venue, the people, the city, the country — seriously top notch!frozen20d ago3.6K33110151.40%

I got tired of restarting my router every time the internet felt slow, never knowing if it was actually the problem. So I made a little macOS app that tells me. It's called WiFi or ISP. It lives in your menu bar and tells you whether slow internet is your Wi-Fi or your ISP. It times your router and the internet past it at the same moment. If the router is fast and the internet isn't, it's your ISP. Then it tells you what to try, in order. Free and source available. It's the third of a few small Mac apps I've been building. I've always been a big fan of Mac menu bar apps. Now that I've built so many of my own, I ran out of room to use them all. So I made a little macOS app that fixes it. It's called Coat Check. It lives in your menu bar and shows every icon macOS ran out of room for, a click away. It even shows each app's real menu right under it, and clicks the item you pick. Nothing gets rearranged. I got tired of jiggling my trackpad to keep my Mac awake so Claude Code could keep working. So I made a little macOS app that does it for me. It's called Midnight Oil. I got tired of finding out my Mac was out of space right when I needed it most. So I made a little macOS app that warns me first. It's called Disk Forecast. It also explains what "System Data" actually is, and moves only what's safe to clear to the Trash. Free and source available. It's the fourth of a few small Mac apps I've been building. Doing a little experiment. Looking for 5 companies to run AEO for at Conversion Factory. Your buyers are asking AI what software to use before they ever hit your site. For one client, we doubled their AI visibility, and calls booked from their website tripled. Data keeps showing the same thing moves the needle in AI answers... you need two pieces: a thorough website, and third-party sources that back up what your pages say. So that's what we do every month: • 4 PR blasts • 10 Reddit mentions on threads that rank in Google • 10 backlinks to your key pages • Custom AI-visibility tracking and reporting $2,000/mo, no minimum. I got tired of joining calls and finding out my mic wasn't the one I thought it was. So I made a little macOS app that checks for me. It's called Green Room. It lives in your menu bar and shows your camera, mic, and speakers in one click, with a live preview, a mic meter, and a speaker test. Save your usual setup and it warns you when something changes, like AirPods grabbing the sound or a USB mic that isn't plugged in. Free and source available. I got tired of copying something, copying something else, and losing the first thing forever. So I made a little macOS app that remembers it for me. It's called On Hand. It's a clipboard manager that keeps everything you copy, so you can search for it later and copy it back. Press ⌘⇧Space from any app to pull it up. It even searches the text inside screenshots. And it never saves card numbers, Social Security numbers, or secret keys. Free and open source. It's the second of a few small Mac apps I've been building. More coming soon.frozen8d ago1.5K1509072.08%
Every tool in your stack has spent years selling you a CDP. A CDP is a filing cabinet. It stores what happened and waits for you to go build the segment. Today @PostscriptIO shipped the layer that comes after it. The obvious read is that an SMS platform picked up an email channel. What actually happened is that they rebuilt the foundation underneath it: the Agentic Context Platform. One profile per customer, sitting under every channel. Agents read it and act on it instead of waiting for you to define an audience. It works out the next message, then sends it. Memories make that concrete. A customer mentions over text that her daughter-in-law has celiac. The next message she gets is not "back in stock." It is "back in stock, how is your daughter-in-law doing?" No segment exists for that, and no marketer was going to build one. Identity resolution is the unglamorous half and the half costing you money. Personal email, work email, phone number, one human. Most platforms count three customers, send three first-order discounts and bill you for three contacts. Attribution ships with four models, last-touch, linear, position-based and time-decay, with lookback windows you set. Most vendors hand you one model, theirs, and you take the number on faith. Already on Postscript for SMS? Your program does not change. 30+ brands have moved across. My take: the context layer is the product, email is just the first thing plugged into it, and that makes every channel after this one cheap to add. One reservation. Memories are only as good as the conversation volume you already have. A brand running light on SMS starts with a thin profile and waits for it to get good. https://t.co/qFcHUfnchBfrozen29d ago1.4K713041.06%
I made a skill that synthesizes customer interviews with receipts. 14 transcripts in, 3 themes out — counted, quoted, and linked to source lines. A rebrand from the Conversion Factory archive: FunnelEnvy. The goal was 'scientific' without being overly nerdy. Clean and methodical, with vibrant color for energy. We spent 30 years turning information into interfaces, then the smartest software ever built handed us a textbox. OpenUI fixes that. Some Conversion Factory work worth sharing. SwipeFiles is a marketing archive. So we asked: where did the original archives actually live? In a briefcase. The Madison Avenue ad men kept their work in one. Concepts, sketches, clippings, all of it. That briefcase was their arsenal, and we wanted this brand to feel like one too. This isn't about print heritage. It's about advertising heritage. The palette comes from those same origins and shaped names like Seersucker Black and Draper Red.frozen28d ago1.2K802010.93%
Some Conversion Factory work worth sharing. We didn't do Vizer's logo. They came to us with existing assets they didn't want to touch, and our creative team's job was to make the most of what they already had. The thing they loved most was their color palette, so we leaned into it: added noise and texture, cleaned up the layouts, and put those colors to work in a bunch of different ways. Amorphous gradients, icons, geometric shapes, and background patterns. All from three colors and a logo. That's the difference between looking ready for enterprise CPG brands and looking like you can't handle the pizza parlor down the street.frozen16d ago1.2K400010.43%

Some Conversion Factory work worth sharing. Reform's logo didn't change (because it didn't need to). The old site ran on Space Grotesk with a relatively generic system around it. The refresh was about replacing every layer underneath: 1️⃣ type that felt personal to the brand 2️⃣ a palette expanded into a stronger dark-mode system 3️⃣ a fresh take on icons, layout, and graphic language The mark on the door stayed exactly the same. Everything behind it got rebuilt. This is the result.frozen4d ago1.1K617001.23%

I got tired of hitting my Claude Code limit right in the middle of a task. So I made a little macOS app that tells me if I'll make it to the reset. It's called Fuel Gauge. It lives in your menu bar and forecasts your Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor limits based on the pace you're actually going. It even gives you an hourly budget, like "You can use up to 15% an hour and still make it." So you know exactly how much to slow down. Free and source available.7h ago1.1K12122033.43%

A Conversion Factory CRO win: Botable.
