Each blue dot is one organic post. The Performance Score ranks by the median (371), not the mean (371) — so a single viral post doesn't inflate a creator's reach. The p25 floor (371) is the level 75% of posts clear.

Not enough in-window posts yet to show a distribution.

Laid off on paternity leave. No support from govt even after paying almost 1 cr. tax. On top of it, Govt will even tax severance pay. We need stricter labour laws in this country. https://t.co/4MrUb7cwHDfrozen15d ago1.0K2804013.28%
Base44 has been moving really fast. AI app builder → AI agents → their own model → and now a code editor that works with any GitHub repo. Going from building apps to building the place where developers work on their code is a pretty big move. Excited to see where they take this. https://t.co/9bjh6TQFwSfrozen23d ago862742530111.95%

95% employer demand. Just 45% available talent. 👩‍💻 That’s a 50-point gap for FDEs in India. Median salary is ₹55 LPA for professionals with 4-8 years experience, going up to ₹1.55 Cr at 15+ years. 💰 These were a few of the numbers that stood out to me in the recent FDE Jobs Report by FDE Academy and AIM Research. ✅I’m talking about Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs). The role has been showing up more often across AI and technology companies, and the compensation numbers have obviously made it even more interesting And personally, I think the interesting part about the role goes beyond the numbers. You don’t just write code but you need to understand and work with customers, deal with messy systems, and get your solution into production for the customers.🙌 In simple words, it’s a combination of software engineering + product management. I have worked with product managers at Google and Servicenow and I absolutely love their work and the impact they make.💯 The best part❓ You don't have to start from scratch. Almost all software engineering skills transfer to this role and the rest can be learnt. And there hasn’t really been much in India focused on helping experienced engineers make that transition. FDE Academy’s 8-month PGP is one example, with technical and client-facing tracks running together. 🔗Check here: https://t.co/HSxhv6TPj3 Their learners average 8.8 years of experience, and the selection rate is around 4%. If you're already a software, data, cloud or AI engineer, this is a career path I'd genuinely highly recommend. It ensures a high demand career, high market value, amazing salary and a lot of work satisfaction.✌️ 👉So, if you’ve been following the space, the FDE Jobs Report is an interesting read if you want to go a little deeper into the numbers and trends.frozen28d ago372511012.15%

✅Why you should NOT romanticize working in Big Tech as a software engineer👩‍💻 The salary is good, but a very big part of your compensation might be in stocks, not your monthly salary. Most people take home between 1-3 lakhs. Promotions can be really hard, even when you’re doing good work. You need votes from senior folks, sometimes of the ones you don’t even work with. You’ll meet some really smart people, but you might also have to deal with people who bring toxic work culture from their previous big tech companies. On-call can be stressful, specifically if you are on a customer facing project. Working hours can be long, and work can take up more of your personal time than you expected. And working at a big company doesn’t automatically mean you’ll have a good manager, interesting projects, or a healthy work-life balance. I’m not saying Big Tech is bad. There are plenty of good things about working there, too. In the next part, I’ll talk about why you SHOULD romanticise working in Big Tech.frozen8d ago3681112014.08%
AI can edit videos so well now but I still see so many video editor openings everyday. I personally am not ready to outsource my video editing to AI. The way a human can do minute edits, change smallest of things is difficult by AI and I can’t keep prompting forever. Is there a tool which does it exceptionally well and I am not aware of?frozen19d ago345212001.45%
